Park Avenue South Showroom
This Park Avenue showroom was designed to showcase high-end furniture in a clean, modern setting. The space balances open display areas with intimate room-like vignettes — allowing clients to experience pieces in context.
Location
Park Avenue, Manhattan
Scope of Work
Full interior build-out — demo, custom millwork, lighting, polished concrete floors
Timeline
6 months
Total Area
5,500 sq ft
Step By Step Project
We started with a full demolition of the existing retail space, updating all mechanical systems to meet current standards. Custom LED track lighting was installed to highlight product displays, while polished concrete floors provide a durable, minimalist backdrop.
Custom millwork throughout — including shelving, display platforms, and a reception desk — was fabricated in our shop and installed on site.
Demo & MEP
Complete removal of existing build-out — new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Custom LED Lighting
Track lighting designed to highlight product displays — fully adjustable.
Bespoke Cabinetry
Custom shelving, and reception desk — fabricated and installed by our team.
Flexible Display Layout
Open plan with room-like displays — adapts easily to different furniture collections.
Every project begins with understanding how a space will actually be used. For a showroom, that means studying customer flow, product visibility, and how the layout can evolve over time.
We worked closely with Ligne Roset to create a space that supports their business — flexible enough for new collections, clean enough to let the furniture stand out, and built to last. The result is a showroom that works as hard as the team running it.
