Complete interior build-out of a Sola Salon location in Manhattan’s Flatiron district. The project included layout construction for individual studio suites, installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and execution of clean, modern interior finishes throughout.
Step By Step Project
This project began with construction of the new layout and framing for individual salon studios. Once the partitions were in place, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed and coordinated throughout the space. The final phase focused on millwork, finishes, lighting, and fixture installation to complete a clean, functional, and modern salon environment.

Complete removal of existing build-out — new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Lighting
Lighting was designed to provide even, functional illumination across each studio, combined with clean, modern fixtures that enhance the overall space.
Bespoke Cabinetry
Custom shelving, and wall panels and benches— fabricated and installed by our team.

Every inch of the space was elevated through intentional design decisions, from layout optimization to custom detailing and integrated finishes, resulting in a clean and cohesive interior..
